Project
HUF HAUS are premium modern post-and-beam homes, featuring iconic timber and glass architecture.
Innervision Design
are appointed as overheating consultants. Dynamic simulation modelling is carried out for HUF HAUS at various locations in England and Wales, in order to minimise overheating risk and to comply with the Part O Building Regulations. The key passive cooling measures installed comprise of extensive roof overhang, external blinds, low-g glazing and mechanical ventilation.

Ilderton Road, London
Project
This five storey mixed development, designed by the architect Apex Architecture, consists of 12 residential apartments above the ground level, and commercial units on the low ground level. The scheme involves a large array of PV panels and high efficient building fabrics, as well as a financial contribution to Local Authority's carbon offset fund.
Innervision Design
were appointed as energy consultants and flood risk consultants.

Toot Lane, Boston
Project
The large development, designed by the architect Clive Wicks Associates, consists of 340 dwellings within an area of 11.4 hectares. The site is located in Flood Zone 3.
Innervision Design
were appointed to provide Flood Risk Assessment and Sustainable Drainage Design. Planning permission was granted.

Picks Farm, London
Project
The scheme comprises 308 new dwellings, a new school and a new village hall.
Innervision Design
were appointed to provide Sustainable Drainage Design for the scheme. The drainage design was accepted by the Environment Agency and the Local Authority.

Gamekeepers Cottage, Iver
Project
The large five-bedroom new dwelling, designed by the architect Selsdon Consultancy, is a beautiful Georgian style home.

were appointed to provide Building Regulations drawings and technical specifications, and SAP assessment for the scheme.

Castle Hill, Berkhamsted
Project
This eco house features Daikin air source heat pump, Nuaire mechanical ventilation with heat recovery system and high energy efficient building fabrics.

were appointed as SAP consultants to offer advice on renewable technology and Part L 1A compliance.

This energy efficient house, designed by the architect Apex Architecture, features PV panels, timber fins, biodiversity green roof, triple glazing and thermal efficient building fabrics.

Harrow Road, Westminster
Project
The five storey mixed-used building, designed by the architect PHD Associates, consists of nine apartments and two retails units.
