Full Part G Calculation service
If you have reached here you will almost certainly be aware that Building Regulation 17K requires a calculation of water efficiency for each new dwelling and each dwelling formed by material change of use.
We at Innervision Design can prepare a full and bespoke water efficiency design, provide all supporting documentation, specification and prepare a full compliance report including calculations so that you can be sure that your project will achieve Building Regulations (2000), Part G Compliance.
Our report package includes an "As Design" report to support a "full plans" application and an "As Built" report to demonstrate compliance with Regulation 17K prior to completion.
We also produce a "Notice of Water Efficiency" as required by Regulation 20E - again to be presented to your Local Authority prior to completion.
