I offer a straight forward comprehensive service whereby I undertake all the work required to submit a planning application on your behalf.
Prior to commencing with any finalised design and planning I undertake:

An initial on site consultation whereby I can advise you in your specific case |

An initial desktop feasibility study based on the LA development plan and the location of public services |

|
If required I also attend an informal meeting with a local planning office to identify/address any concerns |

I also suggest that you make your neighbours aware of your proposals at an early stage. |
I only proceed further with your application when I'm happy, and indeed you are happy, that the above points have not raised any "fundamental" reasons why planning permission would possibly not be granted.
I then:

Undertake the surveys required to prepare the design |

Draft an initial design and seek your approval |
|
|
Prepare a detailed plan of our agreed design to comply with the submission requirements |

Make any minor changes as required to help the application progress |
