Revisions to A.D. Part G
Transitional Periods. Building work which commences on site will not be subject to the revisions to Part G and new Regulations providing:

Building work has already "commenced" on site before 6th April 2010 or,

A "Full Plans" application is NOT REQUIRED (i.e. the work could have been undertaken on a Building Notice whether or not full plans were deposited) and a "contract" has been entered into for those works prior 6th April 2010 and work on site commences before 1st October 2010 or,

Where, if required, a full plans application has been FULLY APPROVED before 6th April 2010 and Building work commences before 6th April 2011
