April 2010: Designers - They're upon us! As of 6th April 2010 the revised Approved Document G, new Regulation 17K, & new Regulation 20E commenced. Transitional periods apply and subject to these transitional periods, all new dwellings and dwellings formed by Material Change of Use now require a Water Efficiency Calculation prior to completion.
